Tea popsicles

Thank God for popsicle molds! Because of them we are able to make our own treats! And what’s better than a delicious guilt-free popsicle? You can eat them whenever you want, but they are so refreshing on a hot summer day! And… so easy to make!

Red fruit infusion popsicles

Tea popsicle

Preparation less than 10 minutes Freezing time until firm (at least 5 hours)

Ingredients (for 6 popsicles)

  • 7 grams red fruit infusion
  • 1/2 l water
  • Red fruits (tea rumour alert: we put them in the popsicle because it looks nice, but you can leave them out)

Let’s start!

  • Pour 1/2 liter water into your kettle, bring it to boil (90°C or 194°F)
  • Take a teapot and put 7 grams of red fruit infusion in it
  • Pour the hot water into the teapot and let the infusion infuse for 5 minutes
  • Put some red fruit into your popsicle molds (blue berries, strawberry slices, raspberries)
  • Pour the delicious infusion into the popsicle molds
  • Freeze for an hour… put a popsicle stick in each mold
  • Freeze for at least 5 hours

Green lemon tea popsicles

Tea popsicle

Preparation less than 10 minutes Freezing time until firm (at least 5 hours)

Ingredients (for 6 popsicles)

  • 7 grams green tea
  • 1/2 l water
  • Slices of lemon and lime (tea rumour alert: we put them in the popsicle because it looks nice, but you can leave them out)

Let’s start!

Pour 1/2 liter water into your kettle, bring it to boil (70°C or 158°F)
Take a teapot and put 7 grams of green tea leaves in it
Pour the hot water into the teapot and let the infusion infuse for 2-3 minutes
Put some lemon and lime slices into your popsicle molds
Pour the delicious green tea into the popsicle molds
Freeze for an hour… put a popsicle stick in each mold
Freeze for at least 5 hours

Tea rumour: if you don’t think the popsicles are sweet enough you can always add some sugar or honey.
