Morning Tea

The first thing we want to do in the morning after a long (or short) night is to cleanse our body. Get rid of all the toxins and detox our skin!

“you’ll lose weight as well!”

The best way to do this is to drink a glass of lukewarm lemon infusion. The lemon juice makes sure that your body gets a deep cleanse before you start your day and it also give you a long lasting energy. There are lists full of advantages why you should start your day with this infusion, and one of them is you’ll lose weight as well! That comes in handy doesn’t it?

If you want to add some more healthiness to your infusion, feel free to add some ginger to it! It will spice up your drink and believe us ginger also has a lists full of benefits!

“give your body time to cleanse”

Drink this lemon (ginger) infusion half an hour before breakfast. This way you’ll give your body time to cleanse. 30 minutes might seem long, but we use that time to get ready.

Tea rumour: drink the lemon (ginger) infusion through a straw, your teeth will be thankful for that because the acid in the lemon damages your tooth enamel.

Whether you are more of an ‘I-sit-at-the-table-breakfast-person’ or a ‘car-train-bus-breakfast-person’, a lot of people prefer drinking coffee with breakfast. We are probably not the only ones who told you that this isn’t the best choice… Coffee only gives you a short energy boost and it dries out your body.

“It’s loaded with antioxidants and vitamins”

But what should you drink instead? Green tea! It gives you tons of long lasting energy and it helps you concentrate and focus much better! Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and vitamins!

Drink it from your favourite cup at the breakfast table or pour it into a thermos and take it with you on the road. It will give you more energy and it’s super healthy!

You don’t like the taste of green tea? That can change! Make sure you use the correct water and temperature for green tea, and let your leaves extract for only 3 minutes (if longer it will taste more bitter…)
